With over 20 years of international experience delivering complex energy and industrial projects across four continents, he brings strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, partnership management, and EPC project execution for both public and private sector clients.

Director of Engineering
Antonello Raffa serves as Director of Engineering, bringing extensive expertise in the oil and energy sector. With specialized skills in petroleum operations, gas infrastructure, EPF, pipelines, and inspection protocols, he leads technical excellence across CC7's engineering initiatives. Antonello holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Università degli Studi della Calabria, combining academic rigor with proven industry leadership.

Strong expertise across Construction, Oil & Gas, Marine Operations, and Infrastructure sectors, with a focus on risk reduction, compliance, and building a proactive safety culture.
