• Senior Process Safety and Loss Prevention activities during FEED and Detailed Engineering phases
• Develop and implement HSE Plans for execution as preventive measures
• Conduct and facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA and other risk assessment studies
• Prepare and review safety deliverables such as PSER, QRA, FERA, Fire Protection Philosophy, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications
• Coordinate closely with Process, HSE, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Support project execution with proactive safety strategies and mitigation plans
