Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead improvement initiatives, turning lessons and frontline experience into lasting, measurable change across the EPC
portfolio. They will act as a catalyst, harnessing ideas, operational data, and cross-project insights to drive tangible improvements in quality, productivity, and project
outcomes. Their leadership will inspire a culture of learning and continuous improvement, making every project safer, leaner, and smarter than the last.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the CI programmer and improvement pipeline
    Drive practical Continuous Improvement initiatives across EPC operations, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, benefit tracking, and effectiveness review.
  • Own the Lessons Learned process
    Manage the full lifecycle of Lessons Learned across projects and functions, including capture, validation, sharing, action tracking, and verification that lessons are embedded and effective.
  • Drive corporate KPI measurement and process improvement action
    Establish reporting, monitoring and clear visibility of corporate-level KPIs across EPC operations, routinely analyse performance gaps against targets, and translate KPI shortfalls into targeted improvement initiatives with measurable.
  • Facilitate structured improvement workshops
    Lead RCA, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions to surface root causes, rework drivers, waste, process gaps, and simplification opportunities; translate outcomes into clear, actionable plans.
  • Analyse Quality and performance data
    Identify systemic trends, recurring issues, and improvement priorities; develop business cases, project charters, and management updates that support informed decision-making.
  • Embed learning into the Quality Management System
    Convert corrective actions, best practices, and verified lessons into updated procedures, workflows, templates, training content, and system enhancements.
  • Build CI capability across the organisation
    Coach and train project teams, Quality professionals, and functional stakeholders in Lean thinking, Six Sigma, RCA, and structured problem-solving, fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
  • Advance the digital Quality ecosystem
    Contribute to the implementation of digital Quality platforms through workflow input, action tracking, dashboards, reporting, and data quality improvement, making performance visible and improvement seamless.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 7+ years of CI, Quality, or Operational Excellence experience in project-based environments (EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or relevant Industrial Services).
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end improvement initiatives, Kaizen workshops, and managing Lessons Learned or organisational knowledge and learning processes.
  • Change management qualification or proven experience leading transformation and change initiatives.
  • Skilled facilitator and coach, comfortable leading diverse groups from the shop floor to leadership.
  • Data-confident, able to translate analysis into compelling insights, business cases, and action plans.
  • Influential communicator with a delivery mindset; you turn discussion into execution.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
  • Lean Construction, Last Planner System, or site productivity improvement background.
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, process modelling standards (e.g., BPMN), or BPM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital Quality platforms and data visualisation (Power BI).
  • Exposure across the full EPC lifecycle, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
