• Perform Process Safety & Loss Prevention activities during FEED and Detailed Engineering phases
• Develop and implement HSE Plans as preventive measures during project execution
• Conduct and facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and other risk assessment studies
• Prepare and review safety deliverables such as PSER, QRA, FERA, Fire Protection Philosophy, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications
